AutoTrader.com makes money by selling premier listings to their most important customer segment, the auto dealer. Auto dealers are vitally important to the sales success of the company. We developed multi-wave 3D mailers that enticed recipients to participate in a sales call with an exciting premium. For example, to receive a controller for a remote-control car, a dealer would need to meet with an AutoTrader.com representative. The 3D mailer campaigns drove appointments and sales while also creating some fun engagement between the sales team and customers.
